Futureal Group has purchased land with a building permit in Kraków, where work on a new housing investment is to begin in the 3rd quarter this year. With this project the developer will be introducing the Hungarian housing market leader Cordia to Polish market. The leading residential property developer on the Hungarian market will develop Cordia Cystersów Garden on Cystersów Street in Kraków. The Cordia Cystersów Garden complex envisages the creation of 323 apartments of between 22 and 120 m2.
The project is to be built in the vicinity of the Prokuratura Apelacyjna building and Złota Brama estate in the dynamically developing Grzegórzki district, which is becoming a new representative showcase for Kraków. This ideal central location in the capital of Minor Poland will assure comfortable living within easy reach of the city’s infrastructure and numerous attractions. Excellent transport connections via the nearby Mogilski and Grzegórzecki roundabouts guarantee rapid, convenient access to the most important places in the city. The Cordia Cystersów Garden project was designed by the Kraków architectural bureau NS Moon Studio.
Work on implementing the investment is due to commence in the 3rd quarter of 2014 and is planned to be completed by the end of 2016. For the first 40 clients Cordia offers special presale promotion.
Cordia Cystersów Garden is Futureal Group’s second housing investment in Kraków. The Group is currently building the Nowe Bochenka estate in Podgórze Duchackie –388 apartments ranging from 25 to 85 m2, which will be completed in the third quarter of 2014.
