This means that the new district is being built by revitalising a former industrial site that is classified as a rust belt, a status that allows the 5% VAT rebate to be claimed.

Under the Decree, the owner of new housing built on this site can claim the 5% VAT back from the budget as non-refundable state aid through the Hungarian State Treasury.
