Futureal Group takes full control of the Nowe Bochenka residential investment in Kraków. New commission date set for the third quarter of 2014.
Since July 11, work has been completely relaunched at the building site for the residential estate on Adama Bochenka Street in Kraków. Futureal Group took over the full responsibility for the investment, and immediately recommenced work so as to minimise the delay in finishing the estate. Cordia, the Futureal Group residential property developer is implementing the project as its developer, with Pedrano Group as the general contractor. Since the day of the takeover, Cordia has been authorised to engage in all supervision, management, sales and marketing activities required to finalise the project.
The Nowe Bochenka residential investment has gained a new lease of life which now underpins the entire project. The estate is located in homely Podgórze Duchackie, a neighbourhood with numerous recreational areas surrounded by extensive infrastructure, planned as a perfect place to embark on a new stage in life. Nowe Bochenka is situated close to the crossroads of Nowosądecka and Wielicka streets, near the Drwinka River Park. This choice location guarantees excellent accessibility to educational and medical establishments, as well as easy access to the city centre and green surroundings. The estate will consist of 388 apartments of between 25 and 85 square metres each.
