Cordia have completed Nowe Bochenka, their first housing investment in Poland. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on Wednesday, November 5 to put the investment into service. With this event, the developer begins the procedure of handing over the apartments.
Nowe Bochenka is Hungarian developer and investor Futureal Group’s debut on the Polish housing market, and it also represents a significant investment for the Kraków market. The estate consists of 388 apartments of between 25 and 85 square metres each. The Nowe Bochenka investment is located in Podgórze Duchackie, with attractive green spaces and the Drwinka River valley close at hand. Situated near Nowosądecka and Wielicka streets, it guarantees easy access to the city centre and other districts of Kraków. The neighbourhood boasts numerous educational, medical, cultural, recreational and commercial facilities. The Nowe Bochenka estate was designed with an eye to optimise building maintenance costs, overall quality, and comfort for its residents.
The company’s aim is to set quality standards in the popular segment of residential development by focusing on making architectural solutions appealing, decorating the apartments and communal areas to a high standard, and various other details, such as the inclusion of stone trim on entrance stairways, modern apartment fittings by top-branded manufacturers, etc. All this, together with a modern, safe children’s playground should be perceived as hallmarks of excellence.

Nowe Bochenka is Cordia’s first investment on the Polish housing market, but it will not be the last. With future residential projects in mind, the Group is currently introducing its Hungarian housing market leader Cordia to Poland. Later in the year, Cordia will begin work on the Cordia Cystersów Garden complex in Kraków’s Grzegórzki district. This investment envisages construction of 323 apartments of between 22 and 120 square metres each.
“The fact that we are introducing our residential brand Cordia to Poland confirms that we consider this market has good prospects, and we plan to expand our related activity. At the moment, our focus is on Kraków, where we hope to extend our portfolio to over 1000 apartments and, in the long term, to become a relevant player on this market.
