The most prestigious business award of the Central and Eastern European property industry was founded by the Prague-based CIJ (Construction and Investment Journal) in 2000. The CIJ Awards recognizes companies and personalities working in the major areas of the real estate business, and honours the best developments, based on the decision of the jury elected from the most outstanding representatives of the real estate and financial world of the region.
Hungary’s newest shopping center opened six weeks ago, and since then it has served more than 30 000 visitors seeking shopping opportunity or entertainment daily.
The four-storey shopping mall, which opened on 27 October, features 65 000 square metres of floor space. Its gross retail floor space covers 34 600 square metres, houses 130 shops and service areas, as well as an entire food court level.
