Cordia is offering discounts and flexible payment options across several residential developments in Budapest. The second and third phases of the Woodland project in Budapest’s District IX have recently been granted brownfield status, enabling buyers to reclaim the reduced 5 per cent VAT, while the developer is providing an additional 5 per cent discount on the purchase price. Altogether, the promotion applies to nearly 400 newly-built homes across the capital.
Woodland is being developed in the regenerating part of District IX, where community spaces and landscaped green areas play a central role alongside the residential buildings.
